It’s been almost a week since the Euros kicked off, and while we haven’t been treated to any major upsets outside of Slovakia beating Belgium, there’s still plenty of time for that to happen 🇸🇰

Today marks the best match-up of the tournament so far, with Spain and Italy taking to the field for the late game. But more importantly, can Jude Bellingham and this year’s Euro favorite (+390) get it done vs Denmark? Their first test begins with a squad that is the darling of the Euros 🇩🇰

After an electric start against Serbia, where Bellingham snuck in a class header off a Saka cross, the Three Lions started to fade. Their offense was hardly able to create many advantages and even the defensive side of the ball looked shaky. While the outcome was never really in doubt, England fans would have liked to see a more dominant performance from start to finish 😏

Still, it’s hard to bet against this England team, and today’s game against Denmark should allow them to get momentum as they move further into the tournament 👇

The defending Italian champions held on against Albania after allowing a goal in the first minute, while Spain put together the most comprehensive performance of the tournament so far, routing Croatia 3-0 🇪🇸

• Spain has gone 10-2-1 in their last 13 competitions, beating Italy 2-1 in both of the last games the two countries have played

• Mikel Oyarzabal, Rodri, Pedri, and Alvaro Morata are all capable goal scorers and should give the Italian defense hell

Serbia and Slovenia is probably the least compelling game of the daym but it could offer the highest-scoring outcome 👀

• Despite playing a rigid English defense that resorted to locking up the box and attempting to control possession, the Serbians were still able to generate some shots

• Slovenia does not offer the same kind of resistance, so I expect both teams to score in this one. Right now betting over 2.5 goals is right around even odds at -104, which could be a worthy standalone bet

Despite playing one of the top contenders in the tournament, they still put up a good fight, so I expect them to look much better against a weaker Slovenian team.
