Bucks Are +116 To Win The Series 👀

Jimmy Butler's playoff legend is taking on a life of its own after an all-time performance in Game 4, but Vegas isn't counting out the Bucks to pull off a comeback down 3-1 in the series. Let's take a look at Jimmy's incredible game and his scoring props for tonight 🔥 (3 min read)

Playoff Jimmy.

Since joining the Heat in 2019, Jimmy Butler has established himself as one of the rare stars who truly elevates their level of play in the playoff spotlight. The concepts of “killer instinct” and “clutch factor” have been talked into oblivion by media pundits, which makes it difficult to move beyond the vague cliches and really appreciate how good these performances are 😤

  • Jimmy’s already-legendary Heat playoff career shows this full reality in its clearest terms. He’s already cemented himself among the vaunted Heat legends in Miami postseason history 🔥

Butler’s 56-point performance on Monday (watch every point here) was an all-timer and one of the greatest playoff performances ever, but it wasn’t by any means a deviation from the norm. Jimmy uses the regular season as a gradual ramp-up preceding to the main event. Despite the reputation that he’s more than earned, Butler is apparently not a fan of the “Playoff Jimmy” moniker 😅

Well Jimmy, we’re going to have to respectfully disagree with you there…from going toe-to-toe with LeBron in a 2021 Finals that was closer than most remember, to last year’s near upset of a far more well-rounded Boston squad, he has consistently emerged as one of the league’s true inner circle elites when the lights are brightest ⭐️

  • Butler’s masterpiece not only solidified his place within Heat history, but also within the annals of the NBA 💪

The Heat needed every last bucket to defeat a No. 1 seeded Bucks squad desperate not to fall behind 3-1 in the series. Milwaukee still has more than a fighting chance with Giannis Antetokounmpo back in the lineup after a back injury cost him Games 1, 2 and 3. Vegas actually has the Bucks at only +116 (!!) to come back and win the series 😳

  • The Heat have to be embracing this level of disrespect, and Jimmy and co. seem to revel in their underdog status. Despite the obvious threat posed by a resilient Milwaukee squad that will not go quietly into the night, it’s hard not to start looking ahead

  • Next round’s matchup could present a reunion between Butler and the coach that nurtured his development into a star back in Chicago 👀

Butler is averaging 36.5 PPG this series after only scoring 22.9 PPG in the regular season. He’s started every first quarter blazing hot, and his full game prop line is set at O/U 29.5 pts tonight. Peep the game odds 👇

Trivia Question: When was the last year that the Bucks failed to advance past the first round of the playoffs?

For My Parlay Gurus

While Playoff Jimmy and the Heat look poised to steal this first round series in one of the biggest upsets in recent memory, I don’t think they’ll do so in Game 5. I like Milwaukee to defend home court behind a monster performance from Giannis, but I’m betting Miami keeps it closer than the monster spread indicates. Throw in the Butler over as well because he’s him 👇

  • Heat +11.5 @ Bucks: -110

  • Giannis OVER 29.5 Points: -108

  • Jimmy Butler OVER 29.5 Points: -102
